实验室和科研团队介绍
本实验室主要围绕农产品产后储藏、运输及保鲜等环节的微生物危害活动监测及控制开展工作，如研究粮食中危害性微生物的类群与危害特点，建立粮食储运期间微生物危害活动的控制方法；对粮食储藏过程中微生物活动进行快速检测，建立粮食储运霉菌危害活动的早期预测、预报系统；开展农产品中霉菌代谢产生真菌毒素的合成调控机制及消除方法研究，杜绝危害食品安全的可能性等。
