个人简介：

赵风光，博士，讲师，长期从事酵母信号通路机制解析、天然产物生物合成、食品加工用酶高效表达等方面的研究。结合多组学研究手段，完成了香草醛、荧光增白剂、SDS的化学毒理性研究，首次提出了香草醛压力下的磷酸盐信号通路和磷酸肌醇共同调控作用。完成了香草醛、戊二胺的生物合成；食品酶（木聚糖酶、葡萄糖氧化酶）、造纸酶（果胶酶）、谷氨酸棒状杆菌中心代谢酶的表达和应用。主持国家重点研发子课题1项、河南省高等学校重点科研项目计划1项。以第一或者通讯作者在Bioresource Technology（IF: 11.889）、Journal of Cleaner Production（IF: 11.1）、Food Hydrocolloids（IF: 10.7）等期刊发表论文9篇，授权发明专利6项，参编著作2部。
