崔柳青，男，副教授，硕士生导师。邮箱：cuilq1982@163.com。郑州大学肿瘤学博士。现就职于河南工业大学生物工程学院生物技术系，主要从事分子生物学和细胞生物学方面的研究。
主持国家自然科学基金项目“利用T7噬菌体g10-L序列增强外源蛋白在杜氏盐藻叶绿体中的表达(No. 31000580)”，河南省教育厅高等学校重点科研项目（17A180019）和河南工业大学高层次人才项目。
曾参与科技部国际科技合作项目“转基因盐藻生物反应器及提高表达的机理研究”(No.2007DFA01240), 国家自然科学基金项目“通过对杜氏盐藻鞭毛相关基因探讨纤毛在食管癌发生中的作用”（No.30700014）和“杜氏盐藻高盐适应蛋白分离、相关基因的克隆及其功能研究”（No.30540067）。
获河南省自然科学学术论文奖二等奖2项，国家发明专利3项。
