崔耀明，联系电话13552317961，邮箱cymnongkeyuan@163.com，出生于1989年1月，2019年入职河南工业大学，硕士研究生导师，河南工业大学青年骨干教师、河南省科技特派员。致力于益生菌包被技术及动物肠道发育、肠道健康调控研究，招生专业动物营养与饲料科学、食品加工与安全、生物学等。以第1作者身份发表SCI文章11篇，其中top期刊9篇，副主编省部级教材1部，获得河南省研发性实践教学优秀成果奖，担任河南饲料工业协会理事。擅长分子生物学、细胞生物学、试验设计、统计分析、R语言等试验技术及数据分析技术，为人谦和，爱岗敬业，在对待学生上坚持以德育人，在管理上宽严适度，勤奋钻研、扎实工作，真心且平等地对待每一名学生，乐于为学生的健康成长以及知识、能力、技能的积累不懈努力！目前在研科研方向主要有以下几个：

①肠上皮干细胞的分离培养及生理功能与特性分析；

②肠道3D类器官构建及其功能特性分析；

③不同类型能源底物对胚胎期及幼龄动物肠道发育的调控作用；

④动物肠道炎症/应激损伤的修复关键技术研究；

⑤益生菌纳米包被技术及益生菌提质增效关键技术研究。
