张敏,女,1990年10月,毕业于中国农业科学院,博士,讲师,从事生物学教学与科研工作,主要开展植物分子生物学与食品生物学的相关研究,主持或参与国家自然基金、河南省重点研发专项、河南工业大学高层次人才基金等课题。共发表论文11余篇,发明专利2项。
