个人简介

梁赢,博士,副教授,博士生导师,生物工程学院副院长,河南省高校科技创新人才,河南省青年骨干教师,河南省科技研发计划联合基金青年科学家项目获得者,国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家,教育部学位中心评审专家,河南工业大学青年骨干教师、优秀教师,主要从事面制食品加工品质形成及质量控制的生物学基础研究。主持国家自然科学基金、河南省自然科学基金、河南省科技研发计划联合基金、河南省重大科技专项子课题及企业委托技术开发项目等项目14项,参与国家“十三五”重点研发计划项目和国家自然科学基金面上项目各1项,以第一/通讯作者在Food Hydrocolloids、Carbohydrate Polymers、Food Chemistry等本领域主流杂志上发表高水平论文40余篇,申请发明专利10项,其中授权3项,出版中英文著作各1部。获河南省科技进步二等奖1项、河南省教育厅科技进步一等奖2项和二等奖1项,获金龙鱼青年教师奖、面制品研发创新新人奖等,河南省教育厅优秀论文一等奖和二等奖各1项,指导研究生获河南省优秀硕士学位论文1次、河南工业大学优秀硕士学位论文4次,指导本科生获“挑战杯”全国大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛,中国“互联网+”创新创业大赛、全国大学生生命科学竞赛等省级以上奖项22项。

实验室和科研团队介绍

本研究室主要围绕小麦后熟及加工过程品质改善和面筋蛋白组成及结构之间的关系、粮食储藏生物学等方面进行研究;同时研究粮油食品加工过程中的生物转化及高值化利用技术。

本研究室为“河南省粮食储藏品质变化机理及控制创新型科技团队”,成员共10人,其中教授3人,副教授4人,具有博士学位10人。近年共获国家自然科学基金8项,国家重点研发计划子课题1项,省部级项目12项,企业技术攻关项目5项。曾荣获国家科技进步二等奖1项、省部级科技进步一等奖 5 项、二等奖6项、河南省自然科学学术奖5项等荣誉。获授权发明专利7项,发表论文200余篇,已培养研究生80余人,在读博士3人
